Features :
- In inhibits b-lactamase produced by bacteria & protects Ceftriaxone
- Decrease the MIC values of organisms susceptible to Ceftriaxone due to increased affinity to PBPs
- Ceftriaxone resistant bacteria becomes susceptible, by addition of Sulbactam
